Overall we had a great time. Didn’t catch the fish we would have liked but that’s fishing and the crew tried everything thing they could think of. They worked hard for us. The fish we caught were delicious.
Paid for transportation round trip to the marina. Driver was about 20 mins late so we hopped in a cab. To his defense there was some kind of a foot race through town and thy had half of the road closed down. They were apologetic. Left the dock a little late as well. I booked a trip on the Big Bite boat and we went on the Happy Ours boat. The boat was a little dated. No AC (but never needed it) Captain Juan and his crew worked very hard all day. They had us on some fish fairly early. I was hoping to catch at least a mahi mahi or a sailfish. I caught both. Juan asked if we wanted to spend the last hour fishing on the bottom and we thought that would be fun. He knew right where to go and the action was fast. Caught 6 trigger fish, a red snapper, and a big Grouper. Trolling we caught 1 Bonito, 1 Blackfin tuna, 1 Barracuda, 3 Mahi Mahi and of course the sail fish. It was a great day of fishing. The Crew was wonderful and they cooked up some filets for us at the restaurant at the marina. They asked me while I was fighting the sailfish if I wanted to keep it. I said I just wanted some pictures and then release it. They were happy to do just that. I would recommend this company and especially Captain Juan and his crew. I would book them again.

i woul like to apologyze one more time because the transportation was late. we send a diferent boat because big bite was not available… but i make sure that you have a bigger boat and a great cap.

We had a gorgeous day fishing and caught 10 barracuda. Literally didn’t have to do anything except reel them in. Just relax and drink and enjoy the view. It was nice to keep a couple that they fillet for us to take home. They advertise cooking your fish but refused when we asked.
It would have been nice to know when booking that they don’t go “deep sea fishing” on the 4 hour trip. We didn’t go very far, left 20 min late and arrived back 30 minutes early. Other than that it was a nice experience and the fishing was great.

good morning, i made my research and found out all the information, they didnt go very far for deep sea becauseseas was a little rough and the captain wants you to enjoy and have fun, far out was bad weather and bigger waves even we gave you a bigger boat. about the restaurant especially this day they had and event for new years and the kitchen was so busy so thats why they refused but this is something that usually dont happen. it is true that 4 hrs is short time but is not impossible to do it. we hope to see you next time.

Captain Miguel was awesome along with the rest of the crew. Captain Miguel put is in the exact spot we needed to be to catch fish. My family have been on several fishing trips in various countries and this was by far the most successful.
