We did the 4 hour trip with Captain Colby. Colby was quick to get us to spots to get lines in the water. We were pulling up trigger fish left and right but couldnโt keep any due to them not being in season. We saw dolphins along the way and a couple flying fish. Despite a few of us being a little sick at times, we really enjoyed the trip and being out in the ocean. Colby was great with our kids and took us inshore closer after a couple of us got sick so we could try to catch a few more. Even though we didnโt catch any fish we could keep, we all had a great time and Colby was a great captain.

Iโm from Ky. I was really looking forward to this salt water fishing charter. Captain was nice but seemed inexperienced. Paid $650 for this charter and spent 2 of the 4 hours riding around instead of fishing. Only caught a few small fish. Iโve done better just fishing off the piers. The guide didnโt bring enough bait so we had to go on a 30 min jag just to meet their other boat to get more bait. The trip could have been worse but definitely was not impressed.
This was our first fishing charter and therefore we had a lot of questions. Captain Colby went above and beyond to make this trip a success and one that myself, my dad and my son will not forget! Captain Colby answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. We tried different tactics and found the right combination of location and freshly caught bait to make a great trip Evan better!ย I would highly recommend Panhandle Fishing Charters and will definitely be back. Thanks Captain Colby!
