We went out on a very windy day which drove Captain Bob to begin our day in waters as calm as he could find, though not his usual preference. Nevertheless, he found a spot that worked.  We caught some fish. As the weather seemed to lighten up a bit, he took us to a 2nd place that was even better and then a third place that also delivered results so on day when I woke up believing we would be lucky to get to go out, we not only went out but we had a great day of fishing.  We maxed out on our halibut catches for the day and were very happy with those and the other fish we caught - salmon, cod and rockfish along with a couple of flounder. 

Captain Bob clearly knows the best areas very well and tips on best fish practices. He also cared enough to go above and beyond to not only salvage a bad weather day but to make it as good as any other day.
