I will tell that this Captain is very nice! We experienced bad ruff weather the day before. Phil called us the night before and recommended it was not good fishing! He refunded our deposit which was great! I have never had a captain do this! Phil I’m sorry we have not had a chance to meet, but I promise you in the future we will be using charter in the future!
