What can I say - 20 minutes after we put the lines in, I hooked a tuna (20-25 kg).ย Never caught a tuna before and was surely surprised by the power of the fish.ย I messed up and the line broke when the skipper was reaching for the leaderโฆย so no picture.ย Yes, I would book them again - good equipment and boat, high positive energy captain and crew - good discussions.ย All in all -fully satisfied.
Thanks so much!! See you again soon ๐๐
Had a good trip whilst in Malta where I was able to catch two big blue fin tuna to over 110 lb, I would have like to fish for more species on the day but the tuna was the main target.
The captain Lydon was very funny and knowledgeable of the area and how to catch. I enjoyed using his new rod and reel even though I feel the pressure of using such a fine outfit.
Thank you once again Lydon and was nice meet your good friend and seeing how the locals fish for some big fish.

Thanks buddy, hopefully we see you again!
We went for fishing on Monday 12-8-24. Very early hours but a hour or 2 later we know why. Thatโs the exact moment the fish will bite. First a bite didnโt set on the hook, due me although the captain said it was. Second bite a tuna, first one ever. We were able to land it, what a fight and it wasnโt even a big one maybe 80 or 90 pounds. A but later another nibble splits the baitfish. Then no bites anymore, lots of fish on the radar. We kept trying but no luck. A great experience. Thnx to the captain and his fast boat it was at trip worthwhile.

My wife and I recently went on a tuna fishing trip, and while the experience was enjoyable overall, unfortunately we didnโt catch any fish. Even though the tuna werenโt biting that day, the trip offered a great opportunity to enjoy the open sea. The captain was knowledgeable and friendly and the boat was well-equipped and comfortable, making the trip pleasant despite the lack of success. Maybe next time we will have better luck!
Thank you so much for the kind words, Tuna fishing is one of the most difficult type of fishing but when they are biting its hectic, see you next time ๐
