The captain graham was fantastic although the bottom fishing was difficult due to choppy seas, and the tuna and marlin werenโt feeding, dissapointing day fish wise, but was a truly fantastic trip Graham certainly likes a bit of banter, and gives as good as he takes. Let him catch the first fish and he buys the beers at the end of the trip. Would recommend this skipper and his boat to anyone
Thank you for such a nice review. We always try to keep our clients happy, despite the fact that the fish were not playing. As you say the seas were somewhat choppy and bites difficult to discerne. In fact the wind was gusting at up to 24 knots. Although the Tuna and Marlin were not in the mood for a scrap, we did at least have 3/4 good marks on the fish finder. Also the water temperature is still down at 18 degrees and this makes the fishing very challenging. We also had a very enjoyable day with you and hope that one day you will fish with us again.

This trip was perfect! Met the captain and his crew at the marina, had a cup of coffee and went for the boat. Everything was ready and as soon as we were out on the occean the fishing started. Caught an atlantic blue fin tuna, they even got the restaurant at the marine to cook some of it for us to eat. As an inexperienced angler I got all the help and guidence needed to land the fish.Definetly coming back when we return to Madeira!

Great day with Graham!ย We started with some jigging and caught some nice fish inshore followed by most of the day trolling for marlin and tuna.ย No takers but we were in the area, good marks and saw another boat pick up probably a 700 lbs blue marlin maybe 30 meters off our bowโฆweโll get em next time.ย Highly recommend this trip, great time even if the cards dont fall perfectly.
It is always gratifying to know that our efforts are appreciated. As you say the other boat was only about 30 metres off our port bow when he hooked up. It could just as easily been us. Stil happy that you enjoyed your day and hope to see you again in the future
Caught many species from the bottom fishing half of trip including snapper and trigger fish. On second half of trip we caught,landed and released a 800 pound blue marlin. Excellent day fishing all round.
Thanks for your review. We are a bit disappointed that you only rate the boat 4 star, but so be it. Whilst we strive for perfection within budget pricing we cannot always achieve the required or expected standards. However we are pleased that you enjoyed the day and results and appreciate your recommendation.
