Being a first timer on a Florida fishing charter I was unsure on if I would be able to enjoy and participate . Captain Johnny was extremely caring, friendly and of course professional.  He educated us and also gave extra attention to making me feel comfortable. Johnny truly has a gift to make us feel like family. His friendly smile will always be remembered. We will definitely use him again on our next trip to Florida. Such a unique , one of a kind trip. GOOD guy, GREAT boat, GOT fish. Thanks Johnny for an awesome end of our vacation. Can’t wait till he takes us out next year!  Wish we could use him in Michigan.  :)

I’ve fished many charters over the years and I can honestly say this was the best by far. Nothing even close. Our group consisted of myself, my son and his friend, both teenage boys. Captain Johnny got us right on the fish, and explained everything as we went along. Catching amazing fish is always great, but the fact that from the minute we got in the boat it was like we were a group of friends fishing was unbelievable. Captain Johnny made sure we had the best bait, tackle and instruction you could ask for. We’ve already booked another trip next month.

We had a blast with Captain Johnny! We caught a ton of fish, watched dolphins, and had a great overall experience. He took time in the morning to make sure we had the right bait. It was a hot day, and the boats around us were having a tough time, while we were dragging them in. He is a great time, attentive, and entertaining. He made sure the experience was up to our expectations. If you don’t have a good time, it’s your own fault! This trip was worth every penny, and we’ll DEFINITELY book again!! I got to spend a weekend with Johnny on the water this past weekend. I’ve had some great fishing trips in my life but I think this topped them all. Johnny is the hardest working captain on the water. He had us on fish wherever we went! He knew exactly what to do to catch those fish too. Johnny never gives up when the fishing is tough either. He is well worth a trip to southwest Florida for that’s for sure. Fishing with Johnny will definitely be a yearly thing for me! Thanks again Johnny!!

Amazing overall exeriemce!  We learned a lot , enjoyed the conversation and Johnny was definitely entertaining .  He did everything he could to get us on fish .  The coldfront made it for tough fishing , but we still managed to catch some snook .  And s requested he brought us out Tarim fishing in the waves , no luck , but we were lucky in our choice to book with Johnny Riggs .  We will definitely be coming back and booking with him again !  What a great captain and dude !
