We were taken out on a very windy day with out being warned about about the rough sea conditions and after 20 min of hanging on and being afraid for my life and my kids life we asked to be taken back.when we asked to reschedule or possible refund we were told that the situation wasnโt as bad as we made it sound and we left the dock already so no refund was possible. We were advised to come later in the year though when the seas were calmer. They are all about money and couldnโt care less about their customers or their safety
