This was my first time with fly fishing in salt water. Ken is a very patience person and he helped me to correct a lot of my casting faults. Now my casting is much better. He led me how to be effective to catch fish in salt water. Ken is very nice guy and a good compan to spend a time for fishing. It was good time for me. Thanks Ken.
Ken and I had a great day on the Delaware River. It is always a great time to fish with a professional guide who is passionate about fishing, the river, and entomology that exists on the Upper Delaware system. We never cease to have an adventure with Ken and the Baxter House! Ken will exhaust all option to get the educated Delaware trout into the net. He will use all types if fly fishing methods to achieve success for his client, from the dry fly, to nymphing and my favorite, streamer fishing. This was my 5th trip with Capt Ken. Great guide and teacher. Very nice guy and very easy to talk to. Very willing to share his knowledge and is very helpful. Very knowledgeable of the area and fished some beautiful waters. Capt Ken had the best selection of flies I think I’ve ever seen. The action on fly was great. Snook, trout readfish jacks, bluefish, sheephead, big ladyfish and more, all on fly. Perfect 8wt fish! The back country mangrove and flats experience and fishing is amazing and I highly recommend it.

All I can say is that I wish I had started fishing with Ken 20 years ago. He knows where the fish are in the Delaware rivers and how to catch them. He’s a good instructor and great company. No reservations in recommending him as a guide. I book trips with him every week in the spring and early summer and again in the fall.
