The birthday celebrator enjoyed his trip so much, he was planning the next trip immediately after. The crew was among the best guides and support systems for a boat full of fishermen. Captain Shawn was so professional and contacted me with updates in a timely manner and explain everything prior to the trip. He answered all my questions and was always available when I needed to touch bases. Great Company and would highly recommend and reschedule at any time.

Trip was a great experience overall, but Mother Nature brought a storm in to disrupt the trip and we had to cut our trip short and return to the dock. Because of the storm and short time on the water, our catch was not as productive as we had hoped it would be. Maybe next trip will prove more successful.
Captain and crew were exceptional in skill and knowledge. We are looking forward to booking another trip with Lucky Strike Charters.

Picture a sunny day with wafting breeze, minimal clouds, and it was 82F degrees at the highest on a Saturday afternoon. Maybe the weather has some influence in my review, but I have to say this trip was just perfect. My boyfriend and I went out with another couple and it was our first time doing a fishing charter. Our crew was Captain Tawn and Kenny who were the easiest-going people. We arrived on the boat at 12:50pm (our reservation time was 1pm for a 6-hour long trip) and left within 5 minutes. The boat was clean and plenty of space for 6 people on board. We were making drinks and chowing down all day while listening to our own music just enjoying the best day we could have asked for. The boyfriends (fishing enthusiasts) were so impressed by the coordination in the way the lines were set up to maximize the fishing exposure. We ended up with 5 rockfish—22” was the largest of the day, which was rather low according to the captain, but we thought it was plenty since we had so much fun we could’ve left content empty-handed. The crew cleaned and filleted our fish so efficiently and sent us home very happy. I can’t say a larger group would be just as enjoyable because the intimate setting created such a great experience. I am already recommending it my friends on social media.

This trip was outstanding from start to finish.  The first mate did a good job!  My friends/family had a great time and would love to do another fishing trip soon.  Hats off to Capt. Kenny M. for providing a smooth ride fill with enough fish catching action to land around 50 fish.

What a great day for our ten-person adventure! We didn’t catch many fish, but we had a great captain and crew on a super clean, well-maintained boat with top notch equipment. We plan to go out with them again and highly recommend them for your next fishing charter.
