We booked a 4 hour midday **hidden content**) trip with Captain Jim on Konadice. We figured this was a good length and start time for our family of four with 9 and 11 years old boys. Jim and his deck hand William were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our boys.
Jim took time to fish for bait fish, which gave the boys a catch. Then they were even more thrilled when we pulled in two 30-40 lbs tunas.
Jim and William helped us every step of the way to land our catch. They also cut us some of the fish, which we took to a local restaurant for dinner.

Captain Jim and his deckhand James were great!  We hooked up on fish going to where we planned to troll for the day but unfortunately we didn’t land those. We did land several tuna and lost some at the boat.  They both were very personable and easy to talk to.  They also did a great job breaking up the silence in the moments between catching fish.

Loved every minute of it. Captain Jim and Brandon were all in for all 4 of us (2 adults + 20yo and 14yo). Caught 5 skipjack early on, used 2 for bait, and ended with a nice blue marlin. Everybody got to catch something bigger than the norm for us. Both were helpful in teaching how to deep sea fish as we were inexperienced, frustration with us showed through at times as well as the excitement. Both are batshit crazy ;) which worked for us, as that’s all our personalities. Had a hard time understanding everything going on and what we needed to do (which is probably due to our inexperience), but in the end, we all figured it out, and had an experience of a lifetime! Thanks for the great memories Captain Jim and Brandon. This is something we will never forget.  Made us decide that we will definitely go back out on the water for a future adventure!
