Start out by saying Captain John was great! When we were setting up this fishing trip, I choose the 4hr PM trip for $400. Owner Damon, sent me a message asking if we would be willing to go with another group. Absolutelyโฆ. No problem. Well owner Damon, I guess, could not find another 2, so he asked if we were going to be a private. Unbeknownst to me or any follow up email or text, stating it would be more. When we return, I assumed, based of the email, that we owed $320. John said it would be $620. When Damon and I talked he tried to say I agreed to it, but there was not a text or email stating the price was increased. He said, โpay the $320 and donโt fuccing call me againโ very rude and unprofessional. Please read your reviews. He does not have good ones for a reason.

Let me start out by saying in all the years I have been doing business I have not met a person like Bill who took advantage of my good nature as you can see my reviews are excellent and I clearly stated that if I did not find another group to go with Bill would he be willing to pay for a private charter which he clearly agreed to after the charter was over he refused to pay the full price which I clearly showed him in the messages between us I am upset that he was even allowed to leave a review in all the years of doing business I have not been taken advantage of like I was today. This was definitely a learning lesson and people like this should not be allowed to leave reviews considering he agreed to pay for a private charter and refused to pay at the end. Unfortunately when you run as many charters as I do you run into people that try to scam you this is the type of person that makes me not want to be in the customer service industry hopefully in the future I never run into a person like this again.ย I never once said a curse word to anyone in a discussion please read the messages between us and you will understand why I am so upset..

Itโs a good charter they will put you on some fish
We caught way more than enough fish for us to eat! And even more sharks!!
We had the best experience with Cory! We were catching fish within moments of arriving at our destination. Cory has a great personality and really jived well with our family. I would highly, highly recommend this charter!
