When a guest arrives late and/or unprepared it is our policy to only take the guests out for the allotted time, as was the case here. We have a small window between guests and it is not fair to the customers after you to have their excursion begin late.

Two fish were caught but could not be kept as you did not have your licenses printed. As stated in the pre-departure information that was sent the day of your booking, they must be printed. It is a violation if you do not immediately record your catch. It is up to the individual to have a valid license as it is government regulated and not in our division to renew or purchase. We have no control over the cost of the license or weather conditions.

Finally, when paying with a card (as you did) we have the option to leave a tip. Much like a restaurant, there are several percentage amounts as well as the option to not leave a tip. If you were dissatisfied with your excursion you should not have left the 15% tip you did. I am happy to refund it. Please call to receive.
