Fabian, we apologize that you were not able to catch the amount of fish that you anticipated. Sometimes mother nature does not like to accommodate us, therefore why it’s called fishing and not catching. I am sorry you didn’t like your experience. We always have snacks and water on board and all anyone has to do is ask for the snacks. The back cooler is always full with water and we have 400 gallons of filtered water on board for drinking, showers, cooking, etc. Unfortunately we has the boat down 2 days due to a break down and your trip was the next day after we got it fixed so thinks were a slight mess after 2 days of work. A customer 3 days before your trip got sick the bathroom and broke the bathroom door and those are special hinges that take a week to come in

On 30 November Jason Plummer booked an overnight fishing trip with us. We took him and his son out fishing that evening and had a great time. His son was excited because he was reeling in one fish after another! In fact when we got back in the morning, Jason Plummer was so excited and happy with the trip that he immediately booked another trip the following afternoon. So I somehow wonder why he’s giving us a negative recommendation when booking the second trip immediately! We are highly recommended by 99% of our customers and since we are in a business that relates to entertainment, you sometimes will have people get confused as to the enjoyment that they really had.
