I took my son (for his 13th birthday) and mom out on a half day offshore trip. It was my son’s first time offshore fishing so it was a perfect trip to see if he’d like it and want to do a longer one in the future. He loved it and caught the biggest fish of the day! Captain Nelson was super friendly and helpful and made sure we all had what we needed and were catching fish! I would recommend him and would go out fishing with him again!

Captain Nelson was very professional and helpful with the entire trip. Great time just being out on the water, seen a few dolphins and a couple sharks (by the way the thresher ate my fish hahaah). All around fun would definitely do that again and using black dog is the only option.

The only bad part was it was to rough to go fishing.  But, the captain of the boat was just fun to listen to and we just boated around in and out of port.  I would recommend this charter and I will come back determined to do some fishing.

Captain was very friendly and funny the entire time. The only bad thing was we couldn’t get a lot of bait fish but ended up with enough because we pulled out 2 very large Cobia. Would highly recommend this trip.

Nelson was fantastic and we had a great day despite late spring conditions. Caught a lot of nice fish and finished by pulling up an 8’ shark!  Nelson was a great host and made us feel very comfortable and safe.
