We had an exciting half day fishingtrip on the Lady Diana on 8th January 2020. The day was beautiful but the sea was too calm. The crew worked tirelessly in searching for fish and changing techniques. At last we caught a Yellowfin Tuna, 23,1 kg, YES:)

We were with the crew of Lady Diana on the extended full day trip which was great and full of catches. The boat is in good standard. Its clean and all equipment is in very good condition although at first sight it looks old. What was the best thing, during our journey we fished different styles using varied baits. The crew is very experienced and helpful, also for beginners.
On the end there was a take on the marlin, the capitan estimated it as over 200kg, but unfortunately that was enough to break the hook. We had also a yellowfin tuna (over 33kg), dorado, wahoos, barakuda and skipjacks tuna. Generally the experiences unforgettable!
Great trip and we sure will back one more time to Mauritius to go fishing with Lady Diana. :)

Despite bumpy seas and the inevitable visitation of over board sea sickness we had a good day out on the Lady Diana.
The crew were very knowledgable and helpful and made sure we enjoyed the experience as best we could in the circumstances.
We caught a nice little haul of 2 Dorado (Mahi Mahi), 1 Mackerel and 9 yellow tail (salmon). Also we have ‘the one that got away’ story which would have been the biggest of the day.
Highly recommend this charter to anyone either experienced or not, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again…although I’ve asked the wife to never let out on the sea again.

Before trip communication: Excellent, Mr. Adil made sure all our questions and concerns could be answered and considered.
Boat: Obviously built for the job, plenty of space and shade.
Crew: The champions at all! It appeared they keenly compeated with other boats being out this day, for the biggest catch-as you may imagine, we finished as the winners.

Fishing tackle: Serious approach, heavy quality gear, new sharp hooks and plenty of different lures (size and colors) were fished. The crew didn‘t get tired to change and try.

Kids: No problem at all to bring your kids, as said before there is spacious and comfortable cabin, crew is very friendly and made our boy land his first Bonito.

Catch policy: As usual the fish belongs to the boat. Nevertheless we could take a good size bonito with us.

After trip communication: Excellent! It appeared the cought fish had worms and had to be dumped,Mr. Adil was so nice to offer another one the following day.

The crew worked constantly trying to get me on the fish and even stayed out 2 hours extra which is a very nice gesture..
Even though I was miserable with sea sickness,they managed to get me 2 nice tuna and 3 skipjacks I would wholeheartedly recommended these boys
