He was awesome. He even gave me and my daughter his raincoats to wear as it was pouring. We caught three sharks and two stingrays! It was incredible.

What better way to spend your 29th birthday than mom /daughter shark fishing trip on the back bay! Capt James had us hooked up and catching in no time! We had a busy 3 hr trip with lots of reeling action. We brought 11 sharks to the boat and had 3 others hooked up but they broke the lines. Capt James was awesome! He’s a “from here” captain and was exactly what I was looking for! Can’t wait to do it again!

Even on a slow day where we only picked up 3 fish, we had a great trip and learned some new ideas for catching flouder. Capt worked hard to find fish and we really enjoyed the trip, probably should have went a couple weeks earlier.

The Captain (James) was fantastic. He made my granddaughter and I feel like we had been friends for years. Told us to meet at 11:15 for a 11:30 start. He was on time and we had lines in the water in a short time. He had great knowledge of the fishing grounds and insured us a good fishing. And that he did. We plan on doing another charter for shark fishing by years end.

My son and I recommend Captain James very highly! He is energetic and enthusiastic, has a nice boat and knows where and how to catch fish. Thanks to his experience, knowledge and efforts we caught 4 sharks In 3 hours in the Bay!! Highlight of our trip to Chincoteague!!
