We had a great time celebrating a birthday with Captain Jojo! Four women with little experience all felt at ease using the equipment under his instruction. We quickly started catching fish! He tried a few different spots to try and get our “trophy” fish. We didn’t get it but not one of us left disappointed! When we got to shore he cleaned and filleted our fish and gave a great recommendation for where to go eat! I’d definitely tell other to fish with him!

A huge thank you to Captain Jojo and Sarah for such a wonderful fishing trip!! It truly was the highlight of our trip to Duck Key and an experience our kids will never forget. Captain Jojo was so patient with our three boys (ages 4 to 10), incredibly knowledgeable, and great at explaining everything to us novices. We caught 21 keeper fish and countless more that we threw back in. I highly recommend booking with Ana Banana!!!

We had a great time. We had 318-year-old girls as well as myself and my husband. We enjoyed the trip a lot. Captain JoJo was especially helpful with fishing and his first mate. Sarah was wonderful to all the girls.

Captain JoJo was the one of the best captains we have experienced (and we have fished in multiple countries). He was knowledgeable about the area, types of fish and various methods of fishing. If we weren’t having much luck in an area, he would suggest moving on to another location. We were either reeling fish in or on the go to the next honey hole with Captain JoJo.

We started the morning by going offshore in chase of Mahi. There were storms forecasted to push away but they just hovered near us. Seas were rough and it made for a tough offshore trip. Captain JoJo was awesome though. We made a mid-trip decision tonoivot and do some gulf fishing.  We spent the rest of the day on the gulf side catching a wide variety of species. Captain JoJo was very accommodating and made a very fun day catching fish for my family after a rough start on the rough seas.
