Today was my 4th or 5th trip out of Pto Aventuras and definitely high on the quality list. Communication with Gary (Owner) and Captain Eduardo was clear and concise from booking through the morning of the trip. Eduardo & crew were loaded, rigged and ready to go with the high-frequency angler energy that makes any day a great day of fishing regardless of the outcome. Pair that with a very productive morning of Yucatán Platform fishing during the tail end of the summer season and you’ve got a 5 star operation that 10/10 would recommend. We booked a 4 hr trip (8AM -12PM). Boated a Sailfish + gaffed 5 decent sized Mahi in 3 hrs and then we gladly decided to siesta & swim for the last hour. Eduardo & crew fileted the 1 bailer sized Mahi that we caught & prepared fresh civeche for us while we swam in beautiful sargassum-free waters inside of the Pto Aventuras jettys. Great experience and excellent value. Thank you gentleman…we’ll be back!!!
