Really disappointing fishing trip - seriously misleading - this is NOT a fishing charter

Booked a fishing charter with this outfit and was passed off with a cabin cruiser with an old rod and reel propped up in the stern.This is not a fishing boat! I cancelled the trip after an hour because there was not tackle and little chance of having a successful day. Of course we did not catch anything and there was no professionalism when it came to helping the client out because they had mis-sold this as a fishing charter. Of course they did not refund any part of my 350 dollar payment. More

However kindly be informed that we are clearly stated at out description that we provide with fishing equipment and if you need more professional equipment please get yours. Out boat and crew were always available to support you and make you happy and we wished that you would trust us and continue the trip as recommended till we reach our fishing spots. Best regards
