We went on a particularly windy and choppy day right before storms with our 7 year old. Captain James was wonderful. My son was frightened by the size of the waves, Captain James found an alternative spot to fish that was a little smoother. Then despite meds my son became nauseated. We moved inshore and cruised around. Captain James offered to let him swim on a little sandy Island. This trip was for my sons experience and I think Captain James did everything possible to make it fun and positive. We all caught sheep’s head. It was an amazing memory. I know I loved knowing that the Captain was flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend we will book again except maybe aim for deep sea fishing without kids next time. I had a blast! We saw dolphins several times.

Weather didn’t cooperate to get where we wanted but Captain James still put us on fish. Boat was great and the did very well in the conditions.  Captain James even gave us input on where to surf fish. Great captain would absolutely recommend to anyone

We are from Arkansas and took the short 2 hour trip. It was our first time and a great introduction to fishing in the ocean! We caught a few small fish, and lost 2 big ones! It was still a super neat experience! Only suggestion for the captain is to remember is moms are all about taking pics! Lol so even if the fish isn’t trophy worthy, let the angler hold it for a photo 😉

We had a great time with Captain Willie. My kids and husband caught fish nothing we could keep but had a great time. We even saw lots of dolphins while fishing which was awesome. Definitely do this fishing trip next time we visit.
