The booking and communication were rapid. Setting up a location to meet(picked us up at hotel Posada by boat) effortless. The weather did not alter our plans albeit a 15kt north wind. The boat was set up well for two fishing and handled the mod chop well. Bobby is outstanding!!!!! A True fisherman with determination and focus to catch what you wish. He is attentive to everything on the vessel and rapid.he is also accommodating. Bobby can mate and Captain along with some of the best in our northeast usa. We trolled, baitnetted, drifted, bottom fished and spin castedโฆ true bonita, skipjack, large snook, mahi, jack crevalle, cubera snapper and corvina. Finally my first Cubera! And ive tried a few times in the last 15 years.

This exceeded my expectation and the local knowledge that the captain brought was unmatched. We were running late and no time to grab some lunch and thankfully the captain had food for us. Put us right on the fish ย We had a hook up within minutes of getting to the fishing grounds.
We booked two back to back fishing trips with Jose and it was a wonderful experience! If you would like to learn the tips of fishing off the waters of LaPaz he was a great guide. He was always quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. We had some nice catches and the marina cooked them for us which was excellent. We also saw dolphins, humpback whales, sea lions and the area beaches. You get the real Baja expierence fishing with Jose and LaShina and would highly recommend!
Our captain Carlos was so lovely, he was super chill and friendly. Firstly overall we had a good time, we saw humpback whales, seals, and manta rays really close, as well as all the beautiful scenery
We didnโt get to catch any fish. While there were rods casted out they didnโt have any bait, so that part was set up to fail. So the fishing portion was a bit disappointing as my partner and I had really wanted to go fishing for a couple of years
If you are going to go out I would save yourself the hassle and just organize the bait yourself

Good morning, itโs good that you spent a pleasant afternoon enjoying the countries and having the fortune of seeing the different marine species since this does not happen all the time. Unfortunately it was not a good day of fishing, but we tried. The afternoon fishing charter does not include bait because it is only sold in the morning, so we do other types of fishing, such as trolling, casting or jigging, depending on the fish we find.
