Scheduled a half day trip with Capt. Randy for my Son’s 16th Birthday.  Capt. was ready to go when we arrived and launched before sunrise. He warned us that the past few days have been pretty tough, but within the first 45 minutes, had 2 fish in the boat!  He was very courteous, great knowledge of the waters and was patient and helpful with my son and his buddy along for the trip. I could tell he was connected as he was keeping in touch with several other guide friends during the outing trying to get some insight on how other spots that were faring.  I’ve been on several guided fishing trips throughout the TX coast and can say that Capt. Randy’s 23ft Haynie was probably one of the best boats I’ve fished on due to comfortable seating capacity, boat width for moving around and ride.  Best of all, he put us on fish!  We would have maxed-out if a few fish that were missed were caught…my wife and son’s friend are pretty inexperienced. but everyone caught some fish!  Appreciated Capt. Randy’s patience and helpfulness throughout the trip…and his sense of humor!!  We had a great time and will definitely use Capt. Randy/Fillabite again in the future.  Thanks for a great time, Capt.!!
