Had the pleasure of chartering Contact Front last week for a six hour trip.  Weather was cold and the wind and currents weren’t cooperating and as such, we only caught a single trout and a single Pompano.  That sounds pretty dismal on the surface but we still had a great time.  Captains Jeremy and Tommy worked their tails off to find something for us to catch.  We moved over and over in the hopes that conditions had changed and they were in constant contact with other boats looking for fish.  I’m confident they gave it everything they had and didn’t half-step or lolly-gag.  They were patient with us rookies and professional as can be with my 8 year old son who had a ton of questions.  The boat was clean and ready to go and the gear worked well.  Tommy drove all the way to Pascagoula MS the night before to get bait shrimp for our trip due to lack of shrimp in the area.  Felt they were truly dedicated to us having the best experience we could - and we were grateful for that.  Would use them again in a heartbeat and look forward to the opportunity to do so!

We went out with Capt. Jeremy for a 6 hr trip in May. Told him we wanted to do everything from Cobia to trout and he obliged. We left the docks at 7 were catching fish in less than 30 min. He worked hard the entire time, re-rigging lines, catching bait and moving the boat to follow fish. Ended up with a bag full of fillets and and several fish that were released. We had two first timers on the trip and he was great with them. Girlfriend caught her first speckled trout this trip. We will be going with him again and again.

We did a 4 hour trip with Jeremy and everyone had a great time. We would definitely use Contact Front again and recommend them to others.

Great time!! Too bad the fish weren’t biting very much during our trip but would still highly recommend this charter company! We had fun, Captain Jeremy made our trip awesome, & we especially enjoyed “Cap”. Next time we’re in Gulf Shores we will be booking with Contact Front and try our luck again!!

We had tough fishing conditions with wind and a cold front but Captains Johnny & Jeremy worked hard to try to get us on some fish.  They were great with our inexperienced rowdy boys and taught us a lot about the fishing in the area.  They even offered to adjust the trip times to capitalize on better bite windows.  These are a couple good and knowledgeable dudes and I will look them up again if I get back to the orange beach area.  Enjoyed the trip!
