What a great time. We trolled, and no sooner had the mate sent down lures we hooked fish! We caught our limits of kingfish an some tuna and threw back fish. We broke off a monster. We felt secure in the boat, although it was a little rough, the Captain did a great job with the boat, very personable and friendly. He and the mate, TJ were very good. Highly recommend both!

Absolutely amazing experience!!  2 buddies, brother in law, myself and our 2 kids!  Plenty of space and immaculately clean boat!  Captain Damian took us to the fish, and we were reeling in 1 after another!  TJ, first mate, was a great guy, and extremely knowledgeable!  Cannot wait to book again w/ Capt. Damian!  Thank you both for the memories!

This was a our first family fishing outing and it was everything we could have imagined. Captain Damian was a great communicator and teacher from the time I booked the trip until we docked after the trip. We’ve visit Sarasota often but never went fishing before. We caught plenty of grouper, snapper and a tuna. Especially for a half day trip. We’ll be back and definitely will be booking with Siesta Key Sport Fishing with Captain Damian. Had a blast! I do not like to write a bad review and tend to not write a review at all instead- however our trip was awful. Not catching fish happens- it’s fishing and not catching- but when the captain obviously doesn’t want to be there and talks about ending the trip early from the moment you leave the dock- and spends the whole trip talking down to his first mate- it’s just not right. I know he had mechanical issues the day before- so maybe that was the issue- but it was not the way the trip should... More
