This was my first time chartering in Cabo, but I had chartered several times before.  This service is everything it claims to be.  From initial contact, it was very clear what would be included and how the process would work.  Juan Carlos (the owner, I believe) was great to work with.  I contracted transportation the marina, and he actually picked me up.  Jorge was my captain.  He had a great attitude and seemed even happier than I was when we caught fish.  I don’t speak much Spanish and his English was okay, but we were able to communicate whatever was needed.  We ended up catching a yellowfin tuna and multiple roosterfish, which were a great time.  My only complaint is that we lost another big roosterfish when a marginal rod/reel failed.  Overall, though, Juan Carlos made the difference, and Sushi time is definitely the charter I would use again next time!
