Captain Gary was waiting and ready for us at 6:00 am. We had a 40 minute boat ride to get us out to the fish. We had lines in the water within the hour of our trip and immediately started catching fish, I can’t say enough about how excited excited and how much fun we had. Everyone on our family trip caught fish and maxed out . Captain Gary knows what he is doing and along the trip point out sites along the way. Captain Gary and first mate Chris were very professional and friendly. They stayed out with us for two extra hours on a day when the bite was slow. We were allowed to work the poles and do whatever we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend booking a trip with Crooked Hook Charters.

Our family had a great time! Myself a friend my 3 college kids and my 90 year old Dad. We caught 27 good size walleye, in addition to this we had some walleye that were under 15 inches, we had to throw them back. also sheepshead and white bass got thrown back and about 8 walleye that got away (we hooked them but they escaped) so we kept busy for the 6 hours on beautiful Lake Erie.
