It was a wonderful trip spent with Captain Alves and First Mate Zack. The afternoon was one of the best afternoons during me and my friends’ stay at Yale for the summer. Caught a beautify sea bass that weighs 2-3 pounds, and I steamed it in traditional Chinese Cantonese way. Tastes amazing. (Sorry Zack for telling you to keep the head when cleaning it, I had to cut it off because it didn’t fit in the steaming pan, haha) I would definitely recommend going fishing with Nightjack sportfishing... My family and I took a fishing trip with Captain John and it was the best fishing trip we have taken. We have chartered many fishing trips and nothing compares to the experience we had with NightJack. The boat was great, the crew was amazing, and the memories we made were priceless. One of best days ever for both of us. This trip not only met our expectations but surpassed them. Our beautifully filet take home netted us 19 lbs. The Captain and Mate were friendly and helpful.
