My wife and I had a great time fishing today with Captain Mau.  He worked extremely hard to put us on the fish. We had a multiple shot early at Tarpon, catching one on a plastic with spinning gear. Unfortunately it came off after its first boost out of the water. Oh well, still stoked to have actually caught my first Tarpon even if I didn’t land it.  Then we moved spots and Captain Mau threw the cast net for live Sardines.  We loaded the live well and then went to more of his secret spots.  We each ended up catching a pulls nice Snapper, and probably 50 barracuda!! They were definitely hammering out live bait!  All in all, it was a great trip fishing for new species in new territory.  I highly recommend this charter!

We could not be happier with our 3/4 day trip! My wife and I each caught multiple fish. Our guide, Mau, was great. He worked hard to get us on fish all day until the last minute of our trip. We caught lots of snook and barracuda, and Mau got me on a big jack. Ended up landing the jack after a 15-20 minute fight. Mau even got us into multiple tarpon in shallow water. After working them for awhile, we finally had one take my sardine. Of course, I broke him off on way too hard of a hookset. Mau did everything right and was a pleasure to spend the day with. Highly recommend!

This was our second year fishing with Martin and Maricio with the threat of rain in the forecast we chose to take our chances . Foe the first three hours we were blessed with dry sky’s and a few good fish while throwing rubber baits on jig heads . The rain started and the wind followed . The captain was more then happy to run my girlfriend back to the marina to drop her off . After we grabbed some rain gear we were back at it . We had a break in the rain long enough to find some live bait. Of course the rain and wind started back up but Maricio tucked us in The mangroves where we were as sheltered from the weather as possible . Although the wind proved to be challenging for me to cast close enough to the mangroves I hooked up a few times with barracuda, snapper,Jack’s, and snook to make for another unforgettable trip. We highly recommend the 8 hour trip . And the box lunch is worth the trip to Mexico!!! Thank you

this is one of the very few fishing tours that allows you to cast using spinning, or fly rods. The captain of our boat was excellent and worked hard to find us locations of the fish. We were able to catch several species of fish using both plastic flukes and live bait. My son and I enjoyed the trip so much that we booked a second trip the same week we were in Cancun. I have already recommended this trip to two other guests at our hotel. I look forward to booking with them again next time I’m in Cancun.

We had such a great morning! 5 different types of fish caught between my boyfriend I. Noel was our guide and he was fun and sweet and very knowledgeable. We felt like we were fishing with one of our buddies from home. This was perfect for me as I have no desire to deep sea fish cause I get sick. This was relaxing but also exciting and fun!
