Captain Douglas outdid himself.  We originally booked for an ocean excursion… Unfortunately the weather did not permit. Instead we fished on the river and had an amazing experience. Captain Doug was attentive, knowledgeable, funny, and very accommodating to our family. My boys 15 and 17 and my wife and I we all caught multiple fish and even got ones to cook at home!! Needless to say we have now been converted into a fishing family!! Much props to Captain Doug!!! Thank you!

Captain Mike with the help of mate Doug made for such an amazing day on the water! Wanted to get my 10 y/o son out for the first time off/nearshore and while I was flinging fish in the boat Doug had his hands full doing the same with my boy. Lost count real quick of how many fish we hooked then topped it off with a nice 28.5” red on the way in. Got our fill of sea bass, weakfish, along with some blues, even those crazy looking toadfish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or get back on board with these guys again! Thanks again Mike and Doug!

Mike is a great guy and my boys had a blast on the water with him. He made sure they both caught fish while we were out and ensured they had a great memorable experience. There is a lot of choices when booking and very happy I chose to book with him. He will definitely be our go to when fishing here in Charleston. Captain Doug was knowledgeable on local waters and knew the places to fish.  One in our party got a couple of reds and others a few small sheepshead but not our best day of fishing as far as catch.  Regardless we enjoyed iur time with Doug on the oat and i will fish again with Sea Breeze in the future.

FANTASTIC inshore day with Captain “Captain” Doug. I booked this trip to test out a day on the boat with my youngest daughter (YG). I’ve taken the boys offshore and been with my wife offshore, but this was YG’s first time on the ocean. I could not have asked for a better trip. The Captain was very patient and helped the kids and joked with the kids and even took us to a spot to see dolphins in between fishing spots. We caught plenty of fish but i would rate the trip 10/10 even if we didn’t get a single bite! Great crew, great conversations, great time. I would certainly recommend this charter and would certainly book again for just the guys with no kids in tow. (Doug knows where the reds are, trust me) A+++++
