We chose A night fishing trip. We just wanted to try something different. It was a full moon night we trolled for a while then we anchored for a while. Hooked three fish and it was a great experience. The captain is a massive fan of 80s music as is his first mate, just a great environment. We hooked into an absolute pole bender and fought that thing for a while before it got away. That experience might’ve been worth the entire trip. Before going home, he took one of the tuna we got and made fresh ceviche. I am a ceviche snob, and this was out of this world .

Great experience today with the captain and his assistant.  Caught a variety of species and from the beginning it was clear that the captain was determined to get us on some fish.  Caught a handful of Bonitos, Mackerel, and a variety of different snappers using different techniques.  Highly recommend this charter to anyone visiting Belize that wants to catch fish and have a great overall experience. Will definitely be booking him again if we come back to this beautiful country.

We had an incredible half-day excursion with Hillyboo. Caught plenty of fish and he helped us arrange for it to be cooked for us later this evening. Would highly recommend this company.

Just book with these guys… You will have a blast and they will put you on some fish.  They were knowledgeable and able to adjust to the bite all day.  Real laid back BUT badly wanted us to have a memorable experience landing the big one!  They gave it all they had.  We had some “fresh as it gets” sashimi right on the dock.

Hillyboo and crew did an amazing job getting us on fish, lobsters and conche. The BBQ was at a nice remote beach and was hands down the best meal of the week,
