Awesome fishing trip with the Dream Raiser , captain & crew were top notch , landed a 40lb plus Mahi , 8 yellow fins Tuna , lost a monster Marlin & sailfish. The captain kept us out all day even after the rest of the fishing fleet had returned to the dock , My only complaints were no belt to fight the fish , rubber ball on the bottom of the rod doesnโt cut it & no live bait which I would have gladly purchased from one of the bait boats given the opportunity, Other then that you can go wrong with the captain & crew , they also filet our catch and bagged it for us , highly recommend, but captain put a belt on the boat

Thanks for coming out on the Dream Raiser David,ย We do have a couple fighting belts onboard, but usually most anglers just use the ball cushions on the rod butts,ย P:robably just needed to ask one of the mates for a belt.ย as far as live bait, it is extremly hard to come by, and even difficult to buy live bait as the only ones that sometimes sell it is the people who work as night watchmen on the boats anchored in the bay, usually have to notify them the day before so they will try to catch live bait, and many times they dont catch live bait ,ย any way looks like a nice catch, and i will be in costa rica to c heck up on the boat in the next couple days,ย Mel Erickson , Owner of the Dream raiser
