Originally scheduled a Tuesday afternoon trip that got rescheduled to Thursday afternoon due to outboard motor issue.  Jack was very apologetic for having to reschedule, but it turned out for the better (weather-wise).  Had several dolphins surfing the boat wake for 10+ minutes on our way to the first fishing stop.  Fishing was somewhat slow, but Jack did a good job of moving when he felt the bite wasn’t great.  Caught enough sheepshead and mangrove snapper for a nice fish fry for our family of four.  Also caught a few decent snook (catch and release due to closed season).  Overall we had a fun time on the water with Jack.

My Wife, daughter and grand-daughter 4 years old had a totally great time fishing with Captain Jack.
He was totally patient and great with the 4 year old on-board, and while my wife and daughter fished, he prepared and threw a line in for the 4 year old to watch, and “my grand-daughter caught her first big fish !  He ” assisted” by helping her steady the rod, made her do all the cranking, and she has the memory of a lifetime seeing, holding, and having a picture of the 20 ” snook !  Thanks Jack, for your knowledge to find the fish, nice boat and gear, and especially your kindness !  They had a great experience ..

We had a really excellent time, spent as much time catching as fishing.  Mike is a super nice guy and a highly competent professional who has fished these waters all his life.  It shows.  Grear time had by all and as wife loves fresh snapper she is supportive of our guys morning trip!  :).

We hit mangrove snapper (delicious), snook ( super exciting, out season so released immediately), catfish, lady fish, and a big Jack. 

Thank you Mike, we will certainly be back soon, and next time i will bring in more fish than Chris or Jeff.

The entire family had a great time with Captain Jack.  Caught enough Sheepshead for lunch, which we took to the Bamini Bait Shack restaurant right next to the dock and had them cooked for us.  They were absolutely delicious.  During our trip, we also had a couple of dolphins put on a show for us right next to our boat which was really fun to watch!
