Our family vacation in Costa Rica highlight: The Blue Pearl II fishing expedition for half a day. Right off the bat the littlest among us caught the biggest fish! 11 year old Allyson hooked a trophy size sailfish and landed it with a little help from her Dad and 14 year old sister. What a trophy photo that made. She wanted the fish to go back to the sea. We also caught bonito and a mackeral and enjoyed the entire trip. We booked the full day deep sea fishing trip. It was an amazing day. My son caught 2 yellow fin tuna and 2 mahi mahi. We also had 3 sailfish on the line but they snapped the line and took the bait. We also saw thousands of porpoises during the trip. Best day ever.
