Couldn’t be more pleased with our captain Dennis! He is so knowledgeable, patient and handled the boat like a pro! He assisted us catching beautiful fish and made us feel part of the family. Will definitely be booking him again 10/10 experience!

First, I would like to thank Captain Dennis and Kenny for making this trip a memorable one. I have been on a couple of charters in Aruba and by far this has been one of the best. as soon as we arrived at the dock Captain Dennis welcomed us as if we were family. This trip was special because my son Michael is about to got and become a member of the US Marine’s. He is a fresh water fisherman and always questioned the deep sea trolling method. He always said this is not his style of fishing ( until he caught a 20 lbs Mahi). immediately as we set out Captain Dennis started to educate us on the types of fish in the area and the layout of where they are located. An hour in to our trip we landed a small Mahi and Captain Dennis let the youngest member of our trip real it in, the smile on his face was already worth the trip. Not to long after, my son hooked a big Mahi as he was reeling it in his best friend hooked another Mahi at the same time.  They landed a 20 pounder and a 15 pound Mahi. The trip only got better by catching another small Mahi and a Tuna. the only thing I can say is that they went above and beyond the make this trip a memorable one. Thank you Captain Dennis and Kenny. The kids are still talking about this fishing trip.

We had the pleasure of fishing with Two Captains, this was Captain’s Kenny first charter (COVID) on his boat the Tropic King. Captain Dennis took the role of the mate constantly working on baiting the lines and making sure we had drinks and were comfortable on our 6 hour charter. The fishing trip started out slowly, but about three hours in, a school of Mahi-mahi hit all the lines. We reeled in four of them with losing two. This was the highlight of the trip. On our way back, we caught the final fish a barracuda. After docking the boat, Captain Kenny filleted our Mahi so we could take them to a nearby restaurant so they could cook them. This is where my issue is and the reason for the overall four star rather than a five star rating. The restaurant Hopi Bon recommended by Captain Dennis charged us 18.95 a person for a plate. I was shocked and argued with the owner and stated your charging me close to what I would pay for a dinner at similar restaurant and I am providing the fish. We ended up cooking all the fish and ate as much as we could. My suggestion is there other restaurant/places that will cook your fish at a more reasonable price than that. Most places I contacted would charge you 10 a plate to prepare your fish and provide your sides. Overall, still an amazing experience. Thank You Captain Kenny and Captain Dennis.

Captain and Co-Captain were as nice as they could be. Very professional - had lots of discussion about fishing techniques, politics, etc. Aruba is very much hot and cold for the bite. Very difficult to predict - but where else can you be in 200’  of water in minutes and who knows what will be on the line? We missed out on bites for our trip - maybe next time. Thanks Captain!
