Argo charters was a great time with captain Craig on the bay. We went for halibut and bass and Craig worked very hard to put us on fish- he stayed out for a longer period of time for us then fillet our bass and let us feed the nearby seals which was a great experience. Thanks Craig for a great time fishing!

We had a lovely day in the San Rafael Bay. Caught over 10 stripped bass. Craig is an incredibly knowledgable and experienced fisherman and has countless of great fishing stories. He’s a very good instructor for first timers and makes sure you have a blast. I will come back with a larger group of friends. 10/10

I have been wanting to book a fishing trip for my family for some time. We decided to book a full day trip with Captain Craig Hanson and the Argo   I booked the trip for My Wife, Adult Daughter, Her Boyfriend, and Myself. Just the 4 of us on the boat.  3 of us were Novice fisherman at best, but Captain Craig and his deckhand Andrew, were absolutely Fantastic !!  Professional , Courteous,  and very Accommodating.  Our first stop was for Stripped Bass and Craig put us right on top of the fish. In no time we all limited out with beautiful fish !!
Next we decided to fish for Halibut,  Again we ALL caught our full limits of Halibut !!!  Combine all this with mild cool weather and a great boat captain and deck hand, and I would gladly recommend Craig Hanson and the Argo to any one wanting to have a great fishing experience !!  Big Thank you to Captain Craig and Andrew!

Really great experience. We came with 6 non fishing types. Out of the group there were two non English speaking participants, two 10 year old kids and two participants that barely knew how to cast a line. So with that Craig and Andy had their work cut out for them. That said they did an awesome job. We were on fish almost instantly and caught dozens of fish through out the day. Ended up with about 15 lbs of fresh fish cleaned right at the dock fir us. We caught Bass Halibut and a few sharks with one ray. The entire trip Craig and Andy helped us out in every way and made it fun. Can’t say enough about this trip. Was a highlight of our 10 days in California.
