Great day fishing on Stick Marsh with Captain Rick! He is old school and all about getting you on the fish. We caught 36 bass by mid-morning including personal best bass for me and my son. We were worn out by the time the bait ran out! We fished Lake Okeechobee last year and everything about fishing Stick Marsh was so much better. Besides great fishing, Stick Marsh was beautiful with an abundance of wildlife. Captain Rick got us to his favorite spot and was great about keeping people from crowding in when the saw us whacking the bass! I would 100% recommend booking a trip with Captain Rick!

Helpful tip: I recommend wearing long pants and long sleeves with a hood because the mosquitoes were swarming right before sunrise. They went away after the sun came up.

Had a blast with Capt. Rick he takes he’s job very serious as in don’t come up on us thinking it’s ok to fish on top of us cause we are catching fish. We had a great afternoon on the water
