Captain Doug and Jon know their stuff! They got us out and put us on the fish quickly and made great use of our time out on the water. My kids had the best time of their lives with a new experience. It was their first time out on a charter and Doug and Jon were patient and made sure that we had a good time. Will definitely be fishing with them again!

We had an absolute blast! The captain was amazing at keeping us updated on what was going on and telling us tips and tricks. They where super patient with us tangling up the line! His first mate and son was super helpful in keeping our hooks baited and helping the kids make sure they caught something as well! We will be booking again on our next trip ❤️

Family of 5 (youngest daughter 16). Departed promptly at 0700. Everything provided except drinks/snacks.  Just wanted to catch fish (catch & release) & not a long boat ride. Capt Rick & Capt Al nailed it!!! Exactly what we wanted. We had a 20-25 minute ride to the fishing grounds. Probably caught at least 150 fish (yes 150, not a typo). Mostly Red Snapper, Trigger fish, Drum, Tiger fish. The biggest lull in catching was maybe 5 minutes. Tragically, the wife & kids think this is a normal day of fishing but this day will be difficult to duplicate. Thanks Rick & Al!! PS, Captain Doug of Six Shooter had a last minute mechanical issue with his boat but called his buddy Rick to take us. He could have canceled on us but found an alternative.  Turned out to be the perfect day & perfect trip! Thanks Doug.

Despite the windy conditions the Captain still got us out on some fish. The crew was more than helpful. Both Captain and Deck Hand had great senses of humor and showed us a great time

We had planned to fish for red snapper but the wind had another idea. Captain Doug switched to trolling and put us on fish right. His boat handled the waves very nicely. We watched other smaller vessels get pounded around by the waves. Excellent trip will be going out with Six Shooter Charters again next time we are in Pensacola.
