Booked an offshore 20 mile trip/ended up getting changed to a bay/jetty trip because the weather wasn’t nice to us. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was we paid $770 bucks to fish for like two hours. Didnt get put on any fish. Captain kept saying he had all these really nice spots but we only fished two, by a bridge because of the rain. The other spot was about 300 yards out from a dock where people were fishing. (Should’ve fished the dock, would’ve been a lot cheaper). On the positive... More

Hi Justin,
Thank you for fishing with us! You and I spoke on Monday prior to the trip about a back up plan if the seas did not allow us to go offshore and you agreed on a bay fishing trip.
Captain Ricky called you to discuss the forecast and he did not get a return call. You called me At 6:29 saying you were running late due the ferry. I am not sure when you actually arrived to the boat but when you did, Captain Ricky explained about the weather and seas conditions and you agreed to go. You guys fished, dodged a storm and came in five hours later. We only charged you for a 4 hour bay fishing trip not the price you mentioned above, as you and I discussed at noon after your experience and you had nothing negative to report at that time. Sorry for the craZy weather but you were informed of the conditions and could have canceled at any time. Ricky and his mate did their best to get you guys on some fish and make the best of the situation.
So sorry again for the bad weather and we hope to have you back soon.
