Had a great morning on the water with Capt. Mike. While he was demonstrating the technique to use with croakers he managed to hook up and let me wife bring in an over slot sized bull redfish. Pretty impressive timing with that one! As our story continues we started fishing and chatting. Morning Fishing Trip

This was our first time Bay fishing. We arrived about 20 minutes early to find Cpt. Mike already on the water spotting the fish. Meet and greet on the pier. Loaded on the boat. A few tips on best practices. Went out and started fishing and limited out on speckled trout at the first spot in about 2 hours. That’s not counting the ones that got away. Moved to a few more spots and caught fish at every spot. Didn’t catch red fish but that’s how fishing goes sometimes. I plan on going back.

Captain Mike is the BEST! He hooked us up! He kept our hooks baited, he casted for us when asked and netted All of our catches. He put us on the fish, so we kept him busy! I am healing from surgery and was unable to reel in my fish without help. Every time I had a fish on he helped me hold onto the rod so I could reel it in! This is my second trip with Captain Mike and he has gone above and beyond both times! We will definitely be going again!
