Reel Cranky communicated before the trip to learn about us. My son and I love to fish, but are Salt Water Rookies. Reel Cranky was on a mission to get us hooked on offshore fishing. As a Wildlife Officer from out of state vacationing in NC, I was “reely,” impressed with every aspect of this operation. Totally worth it for fishing memories that will last a lifetime and bragging rights back in our landlocked state. I can’t imagine how they could improve…Reely Cranky is the one to book!

We got a late start from the start but captain Matt did everything he could to make up the time. He put us on the fish very quickly and was determined to keep us on them. We had an outstanding day for everyone.

Had a blast with Friend’s and family 1st time out sea fishing would recommend 3/4 to full day. Still it was a great time. Our Captain was great he kept us laughing while we were fishing and joking with us.

My family of 5, 3 boys ,17-22, had a wonderful experience with these guys. Captain Steve was wonderful with all communication and they were all just so kind and pleasant!  Cap.Mark and Matt helped us find where the fish were biting and they worked really well together to give us a great taste of fishing. The weather was great and Matt helped us reel in many Spanish mackerel which we ate for dinner ! Just a top notch business and so close to N Topsail!
