We had such a great time. 4 of us limited out on Trout early in the day, caught some HUGE bull drum that we threw back but kept 3 hogs, tagged out on 4 red drum (over 28”).  Super day.  Benny was great at working with those who had never fished before and kept us all busy hauling them in!  When the fish stopped biting in one area, we moved to another spot and started catching again. We caught a LOT of fish when other’s weren’t doing so well that day!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND Captain Benny!  We had some of the black drum on the half shell as well as some of the tagged red fish.  ONE fillet on the half shell fed 4 of of one night, and one black drum on the half fed us another night!  Cannot say enough about Benny

I have been fishing Port O’ Connor for the better part of twelve years. I have fished both guide and unguided trips. However, this trip with Capt. Benny was the best to date. Capt. Benny was on time to pick us up at the dock and already had the bait. He quickly got us the where the fish where and within no time had at all we were “ripping lips!” We were so successful we reach our limits in just a few hours. However, the day wasn’t over. Capt. Benny give us our money’s worth and stay out fishing for the full day! Capt. Benny was awesome, he not only take you fishing but teach his tips of the trade so you catch more fish and have a great time doing so. Capt. Benny keeps it light on the water with good music and the occasional shenanigans. Thanks Capt. Benny for an awesome three days of fishing!

Great trip this past weekend with captain Benny… This guy is a true professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a guy to put you on the fish quick and handle everybody in the boat…. He works hard and communicates well before, during, and after the trip…. Can’t say enough good things about this Guide, we caught our limit and enjoyed every minute of it, will use him again… Thanks Captain Benny !!!

Wow… what a day!  Capt Benny put us on the biggest reds, sheepshead and jacks my buddies and I have ever caught.  We had two reds over 40” and another three between 28-40”.  To top it off, we got locked into a massive Jack Crevalle!  We have been fishing for years trying to catch fish like this!  It was the best day fishing any of us ever had.  Highly recommend Capt Benny! He will put you on the fish!

We had a great time on the boat.  Our guide had us on the fish all day. We limited out on trout, shark, and bull reds. He knew where to go to get us on the fish and several different techniques to make sure we all got our limit. He called twice before our trip to make sure we had all the tags we needed and to be sure we were prepared for the trip. I would highly recommend!
