We had a really good afternoon out on the water with Hamish the skipper on Major Tom. Even though the boat was not fully booked out he still sailed - so we had a personal experience that other boats may not have run. Hamish was really helpful with the fishing tackle, baiting up and then cleaning and filleting our catch for taking home. Major Tom is nice boat with plenty of space to fish from and spread out on the trip out to the fishing grounds. Will certainly be heading... More

Captain Hamish was awesome. Picked us up from the Copthorne Resort and Hotel which was very convenient. Great morning fishing trip. Even though we didn’t catch a fish to keep. The experience was epic. Bonus I didn’t get sea sick even though it was a lil rough. Our lines were baited when needed. We look forward to returning to Paihia soon.
