I have charted a boat many, many times.  This trip could have been one of the best.  We traveled through the Sierpe Wetlands early in the morning.  The scenery was EPIC.  Once we reached the Pacific, we fished for bait, fished live bait over structure, jigged, trolled, and threw poppers through schools of sardines.  We caught a small truck load of trevally, an amberjack, yellowfin tuna, and several other species.  Every detail was perfect.
