Capt. Nelson took four of us out for a great day of fishing. He helped out as much or as little as you needed depending on individual’s level of experience. We hit several spots to increase the variety of fish in the cooler. Of course beginners luck was with two of our guys as they landed some nice Cobia on the first baits in the water. We came back with a cooler full of fish which he offered to help clean. All in all, everyone caught fish and had a relaxing day on the water. Thanks Capt. Nelson.

Had a great time aboard the black dog. Seas were not ideal but the Captain did out me on a sailfish which I was not expecting in the slightest. Due deteriorating weather conditions, we were unable to go far out for bottom fishing. We did end up with one keeper Kingfish which was our Target species. Overall we had a great time and only one guy in our party got a little sea sick. I think with better weather we would have loaded up the boat with fish. Captain Nelson did his best and that is why it’s called Fishing and not Catching.
