My first time dead stick fishing from a party boat. Its really different. I should have taken account that whoever I was fishing next to me was going to be right next to me for 5 hours. The experiance was not unlike getting stuck on the Q train gor several hours, but with fish. I caught a fish, but I’m not convinced it had anything to do with my skill as an angler.
Captain and Crew were very friendly and very much on point. I’ll likely try this again using a couple of different rigs and bring my own baits.

It was my first time doing a fishing trip like this in Brooklyn. i usually go to Long Island. I paid $700. The captain & crew were attentive, polite & really nice. I truly appreciate them. I just felt the boat isn’t family friendly. Example, no working toilet. I recommend this to people with no kids that just wanna sail and try to fish.
