Capt. Jack was a great host, very laid back, and a overall genuine person.
We had a fun day wade fishing specs with a couple of reds to get in the box as well.
Although we didn’t get our limit, we still had fun.
If you want a guide to put you on fish he’s your guide.
The only complaint I had was he didn’t have any croaker and I think that would’ve completed our limit, and let one of the less experienced guys get the chance to catch some fish. It makes a lot of difference.
A fun day all the same.

Before I began with what was by far the best fishing trip I’ve had, let me explain to you why booking with Capt Jack is the way to go. First, my father and I booked with Team Liberty Guide Service because of there OUTSTANDING reviews and rating, which did not prove wrong. Second, the day of the trip, we had scattered thunderstorms all around us but Jack made sure to keep us dry the whole entire time and with his local knowledge of the area, we were able to catch our limit of trout right off the back. Next, we caught a monster 46incher!! With Jack’s guidance, my father was able to reel her in after an incredible fight! Lastly, we came across dolphins feeding off a school
of fish. Jack stopped to let us witness natures beauty and got up close to the dolphins as they roamed around the boat. A great way to finish off an amazing trip. Most importantly, Jack was very professional and made sure we had a great time. Overall an amazing guy to know and the perfect guide for those looking to catch some good fish. Most definitely booking with and only Jack again!!

We will 100% be using team liberty and capt. Jack in particular. Jack was committed to getting us fish—by any means necessary! we caught plenty of fish to eat that night. But! even if we hadn’t caught many fish, jack was funny and charismatic enough to where it would have been a lot of fun anyway. Jack was extremely knowlegable about knowing where to go in the bay—at one point, he saw rain near the bridge and took us to a spot that he says the trout like to go when it rains in that area—and what do you know, we caught 5 keepers there! Honestly, You will not find an angler more experienced, fun and motivated to get you fish than you will find with captain Jack Cooper and Team Liberty!
