I’m leaving a good review here because Capt Gary communicated really well,  went out before our scheduled time and let me know before we left that it was going to be a tough day and he suggested canceling.    I really appreciated this and will definitely book again and hope for a better weather day.

Our family booked a half day inshore fishing trip with Gary. We weren’t sure what to expect, and with a 10 yo daughter and 8 yo son, we were hoping it would go smoothly. We shouldn’t have worried. Gary was absolutely awesome! We went to three spots, caught 4 fish, saw dolphins, stingray, and a ton of cool birds. But the most important part, he was fantastic with the kids. My son even got to ride with Gary in the captains chair, and I’m pretty sure that was the highlight of vacation for him. Gary is laid back, knowledgeable, and super easy to have fun with. Boat was the perfect size for out group of 5. We’ll definitely be back!

Gary has the passion.  He loves his job a s you can tell.  He said it would be slow at first due to the tide.  He was right.  He moved us further south to where the tide was coming in.  Changed bait and BAM! Redfish on. 10-12 redfish.  He said it was time to run north further to get into some snook. Changed to different bait and BAM!  Snook on! 10-12 snook.  We had very little downtime due to Captain Gary’s knowledge of the area we were fishing.  Proper boat for the area, proper gear and most of all proper knowledge.  What an outstanding experience. We had a great time. I could tell from the beginning Captain Gary knows his stuff. He was professional enough to keep us out of danger(we had to postpone til the next day for weather) but he put us on fish right away.He knew enough to move when things slowed. My wife and I each caught two keeper redfish.We also caught a large black drum and some catfish.Every Captain has his spots but Capt Gary knew how to fish those spots.We will consider returning next year to the area and using Capt Gary again maybe more than once.Thanks Capt.
