We love love the guys on the boat , caught the fish then cooked it on the beach , super safe and nice!!!!!
When traveling to a foreign destination, that you know, nothing about, it’s sometimes hard to make decisions… If that happens to be you and thinking about this boat… Stop reading, start clicking, and book this… they picked me up at my hotel room at 7:30 AM sharp as promised… they fed me as soon as I got on the boat… The boat was loaded with beer, water, sandwiches, and rum… The crew was way beyond a 10… Miguel and Ricardo are second to none… I’ve done a ton of fishing, but today was epic and one of my best days ever… Thank you I will be back

Louis and Manuel from Big Marlin were absolutely wonderful. I have some medical issues which I didn’t know would affect me as badly as they did on the boat. Even though I got sick on the trip and it had to be cut short, the crew was very sensitive to the situation and went above and beyond to make me feel better. If you want a great fishing experience in the DR with a crew that cares more about the customer than just making money, you should book a fishing trip on the Sherlock boat with Big Marlin.

We had lots of fun. Andy was good at holding conversation and sharing info about the DR.
As always I wish we caught more fish, but 1 Mahi Mahi and two barracuda were fun.

Great trip. We had to reschedule due to weather. But turned out to be a great trip out. Caught 2 baracuda and missed a few others.
Unfortunately, for us, it was quite windy and we had to take a shorter charter, but turned out to be a great day. No fish but a good ride.
