First off: the crew was very attentive and helpful when we caught the one and only fish. In my opinion the captain was going to fast, no AC which was one major sale point when we booked. And, understanding that it can happen at any time, one motor gave out and took 3.5 hrs to return to shore. Fumes at rear of boat. I will not recommended this if advertised AC and other items are not functioning. I feel a rebate discount is due!

Unfortunately the generator experienced a massive failure (the dynamo melted) but has since been repaired. I do advertise the options on the boat which includes AC but of course that is in the cabin only and nobody really spends any time in there other than to use the head or store their bags for the day. The correct trolling speed is 7-8 knots and that’s the speed we always troll at. Any faster and the fish won’t bite and the fuel bill would be high.

Over priced and not very friendly. We went fishing the next day with a guy (the annoying ones that try selling you everything under the sun) from the beach at our resort for $1200 less for the exact same boat and actually caught fish and they cut it on the boat and made ceviche! Save your money and find a guy on the beach!! I figured paying more would get us a better experience but oh was I wrong! Also no English was known on this boat but the other guy knew perfect English and way easier to speak... More

Nicki arrived at her resort on the 21st at 3:00. Because there were no big boats up there, I arranged transportation for her…over 90 minutes away. She fished on Dream On the next day and it was a quiet day…any angler will tell you that can happen. So, apparently the next day she found a boat and booked DIRECTLY with the crew for $1200 less…I can tell you it was not the exact same boat…If I charged $1200 less it would not even cover my fuel for the day! She also paid the $260 for over 3 hours of driving because “there are no big boats up near Nicaragua” where she was staying. She fished 100kms North of where we are…different water, different day. Sorry the fishing was quiet that day, Nicky. The boy in the picture looks happy…so does the mate. My Captain and First Mate are both fluent in English as a second language.
